Ramble Road Studios Custom Logo Design Process in 4 Easy Steps!

+ Step 1 - Purchase your Custom Logo Design ...

1) Click on the Custom Logo Design listing.

2) Choose your Design Option from the drop-down menu on the product page.

3) Click 'Add to Cart'

3) Complete the pop up 'Custom Logo Design Questionnaire' form - this form will give us the information we need to create a Custom Logo that accurately represents your business and portrays your business style.

4) Click 'Add to Cart' again.

5) Click on the shopping cart button in the upper right hand corner of the page to checkout. You can also click 'Edit Details' on this page to change or add to any of the information on the 'Custom Logo Design Questionnaire' form you completed.

Woohoo, you're on your way to a fabulous new custom logo!

+ Step 2 - Receive your Design Proof ...

• After we receive your order, all communication with you will be via the email address you gave us so please make sure you check your email daily!

• If we need any additional information to create your custom logo design we will contact you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Once we have all of the design information we need, we will get to work creating your two design options.

• Within 72 hours of your purchase (or 72 hours of receiving an answer to our questions or request for further information if needed) we will email you your Design Option Proofs for your review and selection of the one design you'd like to proceed with.

+ Step 3 - Request Revisions if Necessary ...

• Reply to our email to let us know which one design option you've chosen and let us know either:

1) The design is perfect as, no revisions are necessary and please email the complete set of files or

2) You would like to make some revisions - let us know what you'd like changed on the design (permitted changes include changes to fonts, font colors, illustration colors (when available) and/or layout of the design. Requests for a design with a different illustration than what was offered in your Design Option 1 or Design Option 2 will require the purchase of an additional design concept creation for $20.

• We will respond to your revision request with a new Proof within 24 hours!

• Repeat the process above until your custom logo design is perfect (as a reminder, 3 rounds of revisions are included for free and additional revisions will be available if needed for an additional fee of $10 per revision).

+ Step 4 - Approve your Logo Design and Receive your Files ...

• Once your logo is perfect just reply to our e-mail letting us know you've approved your design!

• When we've received your approval of the design we will email your full Design File Set to you within 24 hours!

FIVE files for use on the web & for printing:

PNG - a low resolution, large size file with a transparent background (FOR WEB USE ONLY)

PNG - a low resolution, smaller size file with a transparent background (FOR WEB USE ONLY)

JPG - a low resolution, large size file in 72 PPI with white background (FOR WEB USE ONLY)

JPG - a low resolution, smaller size file in 72 PPI with white background (FOR WEB USE ONLY)

PDF - a Vector file saved at the highest print quality (FOR PRINT)
